GN Consultancy is a Design and Engineering Consulting Firm specializing in offering Consultancy for HVAC Systems and its related controls such as Chiller Plant Manager and BMS. We also offer Peer Review, Third Party Audit Services and Technical Due Diligence of operating buildings.
We, with our national and international exposure, have the experience and expertise to design a variety of Project Types in the area of HVAC - Residential, Retail, Shopping Malls, IT Campus, Educational Institutions, Hotels, Resorts, Hospitals, Commercial buildings, Factories, Warehouses, etc.
Key person
Founded by Mr E Narayanan with over 25 years of experience both in India and Aboard in Design, execution, contracting and Project Management with specialization in HVAC and other allied MEP services.
Had worked with M/s. VOLTAS LTD (TATA Group) for 15 years at Abu Dhabi and Chennai with good experience in OIL and GAS FIELD in having worked at ZAKUM OFFSHORE, ABUDHABI for 7 years with exposure to design concepts for Hazardous Areas.
The latest assignment was with SYNERGY PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT SERVICES PVT. LTD., Bangalore, a well recognized PMC organization of repute. As the HEAD - HVAC and ALLIED SERVICES of the company, have acquired vast experience in managing all MEP services of all types of projects comprising IT Buildings, Malls, Hotels, Hospitals, Factories, Data Centres and high end Residential Developments.
Also experienced in providing Value Engineering recommendations to Consultants’ Design proposals for all types of Projects and conducting Technical Due Diligence of various types of buildings.
Mr Ravi
Holding bachelor Degree in Electrical & Electronic engineering from Guindy engineering college, Having more than 30 years’ experience in Electrical design, projects, installation and maintenance.
Had position of senior levels at various organizations . Well versed in electrical statuary requirements of various state of India.
Specialized in designing electrical system to optimizie operations and reduce the capital and maintenance cost. Does inspection for major electrical equipment and DG manufacturer for standards and quality across India.
Worked in leading MNC companies like FLsimdth, HCL Technologies, Leighton contractors and Cognizant Technologies.
